Principle
The analyzer performs sequencely platelet countiong before and after addition of platelet agonist, then automatically calculates the aggregation rate by comparing the platelet numbers before and after aggregation.

Citrate anticoagulated whole blood, sample dosage of 0.30ml/test is recommended. In particular cases, the sample dosage can be decreased to 0.15ml/test.
