AMEF008 sealing machine is a special device for heat sealing treatment such as sterilization roll, paper-bags and Tyvek Sterilization roll. Manual cutting and automatic sealing can be performed on the rolls that meets the requirements. It is mainly suitable for the sealing of all kinds of medical articles, medical consumables production units or pharmaceutical products before sterilization. It can meet the needs of high temperature steam sterilization, low temperature ethylene oxide, hydrogen peroxide plasma and radiation sterilization. It is an upgraded product of the conventional manual sealing machine.

It has the advantages of fast heating rate, precise temperature control, stable performance, beautiful appearance, safe use, convenient operation and stable performance. Meanwhile, the machine is used for one-time preheating and continuous use to avoid the heater damage caused by frequent on-off and reduce the sealing waiting time. It is a two-purpose sealing device with beautiful appearance, compact structure and light weight.1.The manual sealing machine is designed with a knife protection function to protect the cutter from accidental damage while ensuring the safety of the operator effectively；
2.The automatic heat sealing machine is designed with the function of automatic heat sealing, which can realize the automatic upward and downward movement of the compression crossbeam by means of foot switch or manual heat closing button, and the temperature and time of sealing can be controlled by single chip microcomputer control system at the same time. Complete the sealing of the thermal winding bag;
3. It adopts display control integrated board, with two rows of LED two-color high-brightness digital tube display, light touch button, temperature setting function, digital display working temperature, convenient for users;
4. Microcomputer intelligent temperature control design, working temperature 60~220 °C arbitrarily set, temperature control accuracy is less than ± 2% °C；
5.Safety: When the sealing temperature exceeds the working temperature set value range ±10 °C, the machine will automatically stop working, ensuring the quality of the sealing and the safety of the equipment effectively ;
6.The embossing width is 10 mm, and the sealing quality index meets the requirements of the Hospital Disinfection Supply Center Hospital Infection Prevention and Control Regulations and the standard YY/T 0698.5-2009;
7. With temperature compensation function, the sealing temperature can be corrected within the range of -20 °C ~ 0 ~ 20 °C as needed；
